Guangxi is China's largest sugarcane growing area; more than 60% of the sugar is produced annually in Guangxi.

At present, there are four main types of raw materials that can be used as degradable paper-cut tableware. The comparison of various indicators is as follows:

● The longer the fiber, the tougher the product.

● The silicon content determines the impurity content, and the higher the silicon content, the more residual impurities in the fiber.

● The higher the pentose content, the harder the product

● The shorter the growth cycle, the better the resource utilization and the better for the environment.

● Comprehensive analysis shows that sugarcane pulp is the best raw material for producing pulp molded tableware.

How does the sugar cane juice come from?

1.Bagasse emerges from pressing.

2.The bagasse is fermented in the yard under natural conditions.

3.After fermentation, rinse with hot water to remove impurities.

4.The washed bagasse is placed in a large pot for cooking.

5.After cooking, the bagasse is rinsed six times to ensure that there are no impurities.

6.The natural color of bagasse can be used to make original tableware. After bleaching by chlorine-free bleaching method, bagasse can be made into white tableware.

We supply tableware in two colors. Natural (light brown) and white. White bagasse is bleached using a chlorine-free ECF process (no chlorine bleaching). (Step 7)

How is the sugarcane pulp molded paper tableware produced?

1. We can get stable wet sugar cane pulp supply from the parent company.

2.The wet sugar cane pulp is placed in a pulverizer.

3.The pulverized sugar cane pulp is mixed with a large amount of water, and after stirring, an oil-proof and water-proof additive is added.

4.The bagasse pulp is pumped into the pipeline to different paper mold tableware machines. The shaped tableware was quickly dried.

5.The shaped tableware is molded and trimmed.
